Fix for apt-get remove nginx failure

That blog gives instruction on how to remove nginx from ubuntu, but I've applied it to Debian Etch and it works.

Note that I had to add line:
echo "nothing here" after the commented line, or the uninstall was causing a "Syntax error near else" error.
